Shaker - To mix and emulsify the egg white
Strainer - To strain the cocktail and hold back the ice
Spoon - To adjust or gently pour the ingredients
Jigger - To measure each quantity precisely
Glass (6-8 oz) - To serve and enjoy the cocktail’s frothy texture.
Other
- 1,5 oz Grenadine
- 1,5 oz Egg white
Pour all the ingredients into the shaker without ice.
Shake vigorously to foam the egg white (dry shake).
Add ice and shake again to chill the mixture.
Strain using the strainer into a well-chilled glass (8–10 oz).
(Optional) Garnish with a few drops of aromatic bitters on the foam.
