  • 1 oz Ice cider
  • 1 oz Apple juice
  • 0,5 oz 15% Cream
  • 2 dash Angostura bitters
  • Cinnamon powder - To sprinkle before serving.

Instructions
 

  • Pour the Pudding Stone, ice cider, apple juice, cream, and Angostura bitters into a shaker filled with ice.
    1 oz Pudding Stone, 1 oz Ice cider, 1 oz Apple juice, 0,5 oz 15% Cream, 2 dash Angostura bitters
  • Shake vigorously for 8 to 10 seconds.
  • Strain into a chilled glass.
  • Sprinkle with cinnamon before serving.
    Cinnamon powder

Notes

Pour maintenir l’équilibre, utiliser une crème légère (15 %).
