  • Jigger - To measure each ingredient with precision.
  • Shaker - To mix and chill the base of the cocktail properly.
  • Strainer - To strain and obtain a smooth texture.
  • Spoon - To gently top up the cocktail with the soda.
  • Glass (12-14 oz) - To serve the long, sparkling drink.

  • 2 oz Tonic soda
  • 1 oz Pear juice
  • 0,5 oz Ginger syrup

Instructions
 

  • Fill the glass with ice and keep it nearby.
  • Using the jigger, measure and pour the ingredients into the shaker.
  • Add ice to the shaker, then shake vigorously for 10 seconds to fully integrate the flavors and chill the mixture.
  • Using the strainer, pour the contents into the ice-filled glass (12–14 oz).
  • Top with soda (about 2 to 3 oz, depending on the size of the glass).
  • Garnish with a thin slice of pear or a piece of candied ginger for an aromatic and visual touch.
