Grapefruit Gin Sour
The Grapefruit Gin Sour is a sunny variation of the classic gin sour, where Radoune pairs with the brightness of grapefruit and refreshing lemon, softened by a touch of simple syrup.The result: a cocktail that is tonic, slightly bitter, and perfectly balanced, evoking the golden light of a Gaspesian morning over the sea.
Shaker - To mix and chill the cocktail properly
Strainer - To strain and obtain a clear, silky texture
Jigger - To measure each ingredient precisely

Glass (6-8 oz) - For an elegant, refined presentation

- 1 oz Grapefruit juice
- 0,5 oz Lemon juice
- 0,5 oz Simple syrup
Chill the glass before starting.
Using the jigger, measure and pour the ingredients into the shaker.
Add ice to the shaker, then shake vigorously for 10 to 12 seconds to fully integrate the flavors and chill the mixture.
Strain through the strainer into the chilled martini glass (6–8 oz).
Garnish with a grapefruit wedge, a twisted zest, or a thin slice of lemon on the rim of the glass.
