Iced Maple Cream Latte

Jigger - To accurately measure liquids
Shaker - To chill and mix the drink
Strainer - For a clean pour
Glass (10-12 oz) - For serving

- 2 oz Milk
- 6 Ice cubes
- 1 stick Crystallized sugar
Fill a shaker with ice cubes.
Add the maple cream and very cold milk.
Shake vigorously until well chilled.
Strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice.
Garnish with a stick of crystallized sugar.
