- Muddler - To crush the kiwi and release its pulp and juice
- Jigger - To measure the ingredients with precision
- Shaker - To incorporate and chill the mixture
- Strainer - To strain and obtain a smooth texture
- Spoon - To adjust or pour the ingredients as needed
- Glass (8-10 oz) - To serve and highlight the cocktail’s natural green color
Ingredients
- 2 oz Radoune
- 1 Kiwi
- 0,75 oz Lime juice
- 0,5 oz Simple syrup
Instructions
- Fill the glass with ice and set it aside.
- In the base of the shaker, place the pieces of a peeled kiwi.
- Using the muddler, crush firmly to release the juice and pulp.
- Measure and add the liquids.
- Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously for 10 seconds to blend the flavors well and soften the texture of the kiwi.
- Pour the contents through the strainer into the ice-filled glass (8–10 oz).
- Garnish with a thin slice of kiwi on the rim of the glass or a mint leaf for a color contrast.
