Kiwi Smash
The Kiwi Smash blends the liveliness of Radoune gin with the tangy freshness of lime juice and the sweetness of simple syrup, enhanced by the natural texture of crushed kiwi.This soft green cocktail, both fruity and vegetal, evokes the freshness of Gaspesian gardens under the summer sun — vibrant, refreshing, and full of energy.
Muddler - To crush the kiwi and release its pulp and juice
Jigger - To measure the ingredients with precision
Shaker - To incorporate and chill the mixture
Strainer - To strain and obtain a smooth texture
Spoon - To adjust or pour the ingredients as needed
Glass (8-10 oz) - To serve and highlight the cocktail’s natural green color

- 1 Kiwi
- 0,75 oz Lime juice
- 0,5 oz Simple syrup
Fill the glass with ice and set it aside.
In the base of the shaker, place the pieces of a peeled kiwi.
Using the muddler, crush firmly to release the juice and pulp.
Measure and add the liquids.
Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously for 10 seconds to blend the flavors well and soften the texture of the kiwi.
Pour the contents through the strainer into the ice-filled glass (8–10 oz).
Garnish with a thin slice of kiwi on the rim of the glass or a mint leaf for a color contrast.
