Mango Southside
The Mango Southside is an exotic variation of the classic gin Southside, where Radoune is wrapped in the tropical sweetness of mango and the herbal freshness of mint.This vibrant cocktail perfectly balances acidity, smoothness, and floral aromas, offering a journey between the tropics and the Gaspesian forests.
Muddler - To release the aromas of fresh mint
Jigger - To measure the liquids precisely
Shaker - To incorporate and chill the mixture
Strainer - To strain and obtain a silky texture
Spoon - To adjust or pour gently
Glass (8-10 oz) - To serve the cocktail and highlight its golden hue
Other
- 1 oz Mango purée
- 0,75 oz Lime juice
- 6 feuilles Fresh mint
Place 6 to 8 fresh mint leaves in the bottom of the shaker.
With the jigger, measure and add the ingredients to the shaker.
Add ice, then shake vigorously for 10 to 12 seconds to fully incorporate the purée and chill the mixture.
Pour the contents through the strainer into the glass (8–10 oz).
Garnish with a fresh mint leaf or a thin slice of mango for a tropical visual touch.
