Maple Carrot Smash
A smooth and comforting cocktail where acerum and maple cream blend with fresh milk and vibrant carrot juice. Gently sweet, lightly spiced, and velvety, this drink highlights Québec maple flavours with a surprising vegetal twist.
Jigger - To accurately measure liquids
Shaker - To mix and chill the ingredients
Strainer - For a smooth pour
Glass (12-14 oz) - For serving
Alcohol
- 1 oz Gaspésienne No. 20
- 1 oz Pudding Stone
Other
- 3 oz Milk
- 1 oz Carrot juice
- 6 Ice cubes
- 1 stick Cinnamon
Fill a shaker with ice cubes.
Add the acerum, maple cream, milk, and carrot juice.
Shake vigorously until well chilled.
Strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice.
Garnish with a cinnamon stick.
