Ingredients
  

Alcohol

  • 1 oz Gaspésienne No. 20
  • 1 oz Pudding Stone

Other

  • 3 oz Milk
  • 1 oz Carrot juice
  • 6 Ice cubes
  • 1 stick Cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Fill a shaker with ice cubes.
  • Add the acerum, maple cream, milk, and carrot juice.
  • Shake vigorously until well chilled.
  • Strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice.
  • Garnish with a cinnamon stick.
