Pineapple Gin Tonic

Jigger - To measure the Radoune and the pineapple juice with precision.
Spoon - To mix gently and preserve the tonic’s effervescence.
Glass (8-10 oz) - To serve over ice and hold the topped-up mixture.
Other
- 2 oz Tonic soda
- 2 oz Pineapple juice
Fill the glass with ice cubes up to three-quarters full.
Using the jigger, measure and pour the gin and pineapple juice into the shaker.
Shake vigorously for 10–12 seconds.
Pour over ice into the glass (8–10 oz).
Top with 2 oz of well-chilled tonic.Pour slowly along the spoon to preserve the fine bubbles.
Garnish with a thin slice of pineapple or a lime zest to accentuate the tropical aromas.
