Papaya Gin Punch
The Papaya Gin Punch is a tropical celebration where Radoune comes together with the sweet flesh of papaya, the tangy zest of lime juice, and the subtle roundness of orgeat syrup.The result is a delicately exotic punch, balanced between sweetness, freshness, and silky texture — an invitation to relax, somewhere between island warmth and boreal character.
Jigger - To measure each ingredient with precision
Shaker - To mix and chill the cocktail properly
Strainer - To strain and obtain a smooth, homogeneous texture
Spoon - To adjust the pour and homogenize the mixture
Glass (8-10 oz) - To serve and highlight the cocktail’s orange hue

- 2 oz Papaya juice
- 0,75 oz Lime juice
- 0,5 oz Orgeat syrup
Using the jigger, measure and add the ingredients to the shaker.
Add ice to the shaker, then shake vigorously for 10 to 12 seconds to fully incorporate the flavors and achieve a smooth texture.
Strain through the strainer into the chilled glass (8–10 oz).
Garnish with a piece of fresh papaya, a lime zest, or a mint leaf for a colorful, aromatic touch.
