Owners

In February 2016, Frédéric Jacques and Michael Briand co-founded O'Dwyer Micro-Distillerie Gaspésienne. Named after Michael’s second family name, the distillery became the very first of its kind in the Gaspésie region. Michael remains the owner and now manages the company alongside his co-owner, Adam Normand, who joined the team in 2024.
