Mojicérum

A sparkling and refreshing cocktail that showcases Acerum, the signature spirit of Gaspésie. The Mojicérum reinvents the classic mojito with a forest-inspired local twist. Pressed fresh mint leaves, a touch of simple syrup, and a light finish from sparkling water make this cocktail a perfect choice for sunny days… or to keep summer going all year round.

Made with our handcrafted Acerum, distilled from pure maple syrup.

  • Glass (12-14 oz)
  • Jigger
  • Spoon
  • Muddler

Alcool

  • 2 oz Gaspésienne No. 20

  • 2 oz Sparkling Water
  • 0,5 oz Maple syrup
  • 4 leaves Fresh mint
  • 6 cubes Ice
  1. In a highball glass, place the fresh mint leaves.

  2. Pour the alcohol over the mint, then gently press the leaves with a muddler to release the aromas without tearing them.

  3. Add the syrup.

  4. Fill the glass with ice.

  5. Complete with sparkling water

  6. Stir gently with a long spoon to blend the flavors well.

  7. Serve immediately and enjoy the unique freshness of the Mojicérum!

This cocktail is simple and quick to make. Just muddle the mint, measure the ingredients, assemble everything over ice, and top with sparkling water. Perfect for an impromptu aperitif or a carefree summer evening.
