  • Strainer - To strain the cocktail and hold back the ice
  • Spoon - To adjust or gently pour the ingredients

  • Glass (6-8 oz) - To serve and enjoy the cocktail’s frothy texture.

  • 1,5 oz Grenadine
  • 1,5 oz Egg white

Instructions
 

  • Pour all the ingredients into the shaker without ice.
  • Shake vigorously to foam the egg white (dry shake).
  • Add ice and shake again to chill the mixture.
  • Strain using the strainer into a well-chilled glass (8–10 oz).
  • (Optional) Garnish with a few drops of aromatic bitters on the foam.
