  • Muddler - To crush the berries and release their juice
  • Jigger - To measure each ingredient precisely
  • Shaker - To fully integrate the flavors before serving
  • Strainer - To strain the mixture while keeping a fruity character
  • Spoon - To gently top up the cocktail with the soda
  • Glass (12-14 oz) - To hold the topped-up drink and the carbonation

  • 2 oz Tonic soda
  • 0,75 oz Lemon juice
  • 0,5 oz Simple syrup
  • 3 Blackberry
  • 3 Raspberry

Instructions
 

  • Fill the glass with ice and keep it within reach.
  • In the shaker, place a small handful of fresh berries.
  • Using the muddler, gently crush to extract the juice without overly breaking the seeds.
  • With the jigger, measure and add the liquid ingredients to the shaker.
  • Add ice to the shaker, then shake vigorously for 10 seconds to combine the flavors well and chill the mixture.
  • Using the strainer, pour the contents into the ice-filled glass (12–14 oz).
  • Top with soda (about 2 to 3 oz depending on the size of the glass).
  • Garnish with whole berries or a lemon wheel for a colorful, lively presentation.
