Cucumber Gimlet

A light and refreshing cocktail that elevates Radoune gin with fresh, botanical notes from cucumber and flavored tonic. Simple syrup and concentrated lime juice perfectly balance acidity and sweetness, creating a thirst-quenching experience ideal for any moment.

Made with our Radoune gin, artisanally distilled in the Gaspé region.

  • Glass (12-14 oz)
  • Jigger
  • Spoon

  • 2 oz Radoune

  • 4 oz Cucumber tonic
  • 0,5 oz Maple syrup
  • 0,5 oz Concentrated lime juice
  • 3 slices Cucumber
  • 6 cubes Ice
  1. Place 2 slices of cucumber in the glass.

  2. Pour the liquids into the glass.

  3. Fill the glass with ice.

  4. Top with cucumber tonic.

  5. Stir gently to combine well.

  6. Garnish with the remaining cucumber slice.

  7. Serve chilled, then enjoy!
