- Spoon - To gently mix the cocktail without losing its effervescence.
Instructions
- Fill the glass with ice cubes to about three-quarters full.
- Using the jigger, pour 2 oz of Radoune directly over the ice in the glass.
- Still using the jigger or an equivalent measure, add 4 oz of cold ginger ale.
- Use the spoon to stir slowly (5–6 turns) to homogenize the mixture without breaking the bubbles.
- Garnish with a lime zest or a thin slice of fresh ginger, according to preference.
