- 1 oz Gaspésienne No. 20
- 1 oz Pudding Stone

- 3 oz MIlk
- 1 oz Carrot juice
- 6 Ice cubes
- 1 stick Cinnamon
Instructions
- Fill a shaker with ice cubes.
- Add the acerum, maple cream, milk, and carrot juice.
- Shake vigorously until well chilled.
- Strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice.
- Garnish with a cinnamon stick.
