Equipment

  • Jigger - To measure the Radoune and the pineapple juice with precision.
  • Spoon - To mix gently and preserve the tonic’s effervescence.
  • Glass (8-10 oz) - To serve over ice and hold the topped-up mixture.

  • 2 oz Tonic soda
  • 2 oz Pineapple juice

Instructions
 

  • Fill the glass with ice cubes up to three-quarters full.
  • Using the jigger, measure and pour the gin and pineapple juice into the shaker.
  • Shake vigorously for 10–12 seconds.
  • Pour over ice into the glass (8–10 oz).
  • Top with 2 oz of well-chilled tonic.Pour slowly along the spoon to preserve the fine bubbles.
  • Garnish with a thin slice of pineapple or a lime zest to accentuate the tropical aromas.
