- Jigger - To measure the Radoune and the pineapple juice with precision.
- Spoon - To mix gently and preserve the tonic’s effervescence.
- Glass (8-10 oz) - To serve over ice and hold the topped-up mixture.
Instructions
- Fill the glass with ice cubes up to three-quarters full.
- Using the jigger, measure and pour the gin and pineapple juice into the shaker.
- Shake vigorously for 10–12 seconds.
- Pour over ice into the glass (8–10 oz).
- Top with 2 oz of well-chilled tonic.Pour slowly along the spoon to preserve the fine bubbles.
- Garnish with a thin slice of pineapple or a lime zest to accentuate the tropical aromas.
