Gaspesian Margarita

A bright, aromatic blend of Radoune and Dartmouth, enhanced by the crisp freshness of lemon juice. This cocktail unites the forest notes of the gin with the maritime minerality of Dartmouth, offering an experience balanced between luminous acidity and herbal depth. Served as an aperitif, it evokes the salty shores of Gaspésie, where sea and conifers meet in a breeze of citrus and pine.
